I wore this to my partner's mother's wedding, it lent me a hard femme princess vibe
I squeezed into the 16 and it fit in the waist but the bust was too small. The 18 was overall more breathable, but a little longer and larger in the bust -- the bust didn't *quite* fit, but I made it work.
