I got this additional item included with my first RTR rental. I normally wear a 16/18. This dress was HUGE. Big on top, big on bottom, longer than I expected. In addition, my husband, who I normally can't get reliable feedback on because he "loves everything I wear" (I know, champagne problems) called this "apron-like" and didn't care for it. That makes it a double hard pass.

What to wear to an outdoor campground wedding in early October (in Northern California, inland)? Thanks to Instagrammer Nicolette Mason I realized the Tanya Taylor Ditsy might be appropriate. I wear anything from a 16-18. Unfortunately, the 18 wasn't available, so I took a risk and rented the 16. It fit, but I will say I think I would have been more comfortable with the 18. The cut of the dress is fairly generous in the hips and waist (this dress has no stretch, so I was very happy it fit). however, I would have liked a little more length in the sleeves and the length--which is why I think I might have been happier with the 18. That said, the dress is lovely. Very high quality, fun, and perfect for the occasion. Given the venue, I dressed the dress down a little with a pair of blue converse (would have worn green converse if I had them). I got tons of compliments, and I was pleased with my choice. If I were a little more comfortable with my body (I've lost a lot of weight over the last few years so my thighs are still very wide and my upper arms have a lot of loss skin and weird folds) I would have been 100% happy with the 16.
