Very little house on the prairie
The colors are great, but there was lots of extra fabric on top that, combined with the big buttons, felt very matronly. I wore it with a sweater over the top and that helped a lot, but this one was a miss for me.

Powerful and sexy
I loved this style! It's a bold plunge, which usually makes me nervous, but the collar and the classic suiting-inspired style really keeps the sexiness restrained into classiness, in my opinion. Definitely recommend!

Classic yet also a statement piece
Loved these! Long, pleated, high waisted, cuffed - a perfect elevated classic. I have long legs and needed a heel for these, but they looked fabulous with a medium heeled boot. I'm between an 8 and a 10 and the 10 was roomy; luckily they look great with a belt.

I knew this one was a risk, which is part of the fun of renting rather than buying. I wore it, but just didn't feel confident in it. The puff sleeves plus stripes made me feel very large and very self conscious, but quality was good and if you want a statement piece, this could definitely be a win for you.

LOVED this dress! I followed other reviews and sized down to an XS which was too tight in chest and waist; I wish I'd stuck with a S. The colors and sparkle really pop in person and it's comfortable to wear. I'll definitely rent again but in my usual size.

Cute print, odd sleeves
I loved this in theory but the knit made the shoulders one piece. It's hard to explain but it was hard to move my arms in this sweater; the shoulders sort of got pinned in place. Fit well and looked cute as long as I never moved.

The arms were a little short, but I just folded the green part over to make it a 3/4 length sleeve and it looked perfect. This was medium weight, warm but not too warm. I did not find it scratchy. I got compliments every time I wore it.

So cute I didn't care it was too tight
A medium would have fit me better - the small zipped, but was pulling at the buttons. I still wore the skirt multiple times because the fabric was so warm and high quality and the style was so adorable. It hit me at my natural waist and at the top of my knee. Even with the slight tightness, it was comfortable to teach in all day. I highly recommend it!

SUPER tight arms
This one was a big disappointment for me. I have a short torso and this brand was recommended by the RTR customer service - definitely NOT accurate. It was too long in the waist, so it buckled out at the zipper, and the arms were crazy tight, which is not a problem I've had with any other designers. I couldn't raise my arms at all, which is a dealbreaker. I love the style and color, but it is designed for something with small arms, a small chest, and a longer torso.

The fabric is a thin, silky material. It doesn't cling and even the elastic waist is comfortable and flattering, but it was pretty chilly for December, even with tights. I loved it, but it's more of an early fall item.

A little more cream-colored than I expected, but super cute and comfy. It was very low cut on me, so I needed a shirt under it. Just as cute with jeans as it is with a high waisted pencil skirt. Also, this is a very warm sweater - a perfect winter rental!

A matronly miss
I'm a pretty reliable 4 and the 6 was a smidge snug in the chest and shoulders, making it uncomfortable to raise my arms. I also hated the puff sleeves and neckline; on me, they were matronly and added weight/volume in places I didn't want to. I wore this with a sweater over the top to compress the puffy sleeves, which helped. Love the color and fabric, but having a c cup chest and broad shoulders, this style wasn't great for me; I think it would look amazing if you want to add volume up top.

Huge up top, which isn't an issue I usually have. Gaping open on my chest, exacerbated by the accordion pleating. Zero chance I could wear a bra with this style. Awkward in the waist with the drop waist plus the tie. I'm short waisted, which can be an issue with this designer and is definitely an issue in this style. The length hit well on my 5'6 frame, for what it's worth.

Too Tight and Too Short
Because of the elastic waistband, this sat really high up on my ribcage and ended up looking super short, hitting at an awkward mid-thigh point. A larger size might have hit lower and worked better for me. The elastic wasn't uncomfortable and the S fit at my natural waist (28ish inches, if that's helpful to know), but it was just too short for my taste.

So sad not to wear this gorgeous dress
I loved this dress so much and was devastated that it didn't fit. Other reviewers had mentioned the long straps, so I had fashion tape at the ready, but the dress was so heavy that even with fashion tape, I couldn't make it work. It's a gorgeous dress and super flattering. I'm usually a 6 in Badgley Mischka but the 4 fit perfectly in the waist and I was swimming in the chest (I'm a 34C so this was unexpected). A fantastic dress that will work best on larger chested ladies with longer torsos.

Outdoor September Wedding
I LOVED this dress! I'm 5'6 and wore 3 inch heels, and the R was a perfect length. I rented a 6 and a 4, and the 6 was perfect. I could have gotten away with the 4 but it was a bit tight in the ribcage and I wanted to be comfortable. Also the 4 was weirdly a much lighter blue than the 6, almost like it had been bleached, and I preferred the brighter light blue of the 6. It was super comfortable and flattering - I didn't have to worry about it once all night, despite some very enthusiastic dancing. I did opt for a strapless bra so I wouldn't be worried about straps slipping, but you could easily do racerback if you didn't want to go strapless. I wasn't 100% sure sure it would be anything special, but it definitely is. My husband even said it was his favorite RTR dress I've ever worn. I would definitely recommend this dress!

True to size fit but unflattering
I took a risk on this one, and on me, it just looked weird. The back was cute, but the front added a lot of volume. The flutter sleeves weren't as sheer as they seemed in the photo, so that fabric piece, paired with my C cup chest and the very high neckline, combined to make me look enormous. Loved everything from the waist down, but did not want to be seen in public in the top. And I agree with the previous reviewer who noted that the side ties make the dress look cheap - the fabric is great quality except for those very prominent side ties.
