I have sensitive ears and worried these would not only be too heavy but would irritate my ears. Not so! They completed the look beautifully and rounded out the whole effect. I'm especially glad that I rented them with their matching necklace. Heavier than other reviews led me to believe... but then again I usually just wear studs, maybe they are light for what others are used to! I'll be renting earrings with every RTR dress from now on!

This necklace was definitely well-rented as there seemed to be plenty of wear but once on - I was delighted with the effect. Nothing in my own collection would have felt up to the job of showing off my RTR dress. The chain allowed me to shrink up the necklace to fit the neckline of my dress and the weight was perfect - enough to remind me that I had it on, but not enough to weigh me down. Many compliments. Lace is soft, almost cotton-y in its feel. It hangs beautifully and feels very feminine. I would definitely rent this again and if I had enough events I would just buy the dress, it's that great! My mom tried it on and wished she had rented this dress over the one she chose. Like others have said, you can wear your black bra under the dress with no need to wear a strapless bra. On my 5'5" frame, I thought the length was perfect.
