I wanted to love it- very heavy and gorgeous color. The sleeves were really short and not like the pictures. Almost like they had been altered to 3/4 sleeve. Sadly, did not keep.

Holiday party dress
I wore this to my husband’s company Christmas party. It is a beautiful dress- my only comments that make me say 3 stars are that the zipper is very hard to zip up, especially where it is gathered around the upper waist. I almost gave up to wear something else. The dress also runs very long- and I’m tall and wore heels. Longs are usually perfect for me- unless you are 6’1” it runs too long. Pretty color, very festive.

Not my favorite
I wore this to my daughters graduation in the size 2. The waist was a little too high for my height. Some of the reviews said the skirt was poofy and I would agree, I did not think it was a good fit for me. I liked the top part. I would say just ok, I wouldn’t rent again.

One of my favorite RTR dresses, really beautiful- lots of compliments!
I read the reviews and was concerned about sizing. I am usually a 2 but can go up to a 4 or down to a 0 depending on the style. Since this runs XS, S,M, L, I decided to order the XS and S. When the dresses arrived I tried on the small first and never tried the extra small because the small fit. The arms are tight, they didn’t bother me as I do not have a big upper body or arms, The dress is form fitting. No stretch but really comfortable. It was a little hard to get the zipper up and down and on the back it looked like the lace was loose, almost like a hole near the zipper but was not an issue. I love the dress. It’s so different and beautiful- I got lots of compliments. If you rent, order your size and one up as the backup. Loved it!

December event- very pretty back up dress!
This was my back up dress after my original did not fit. The fabric is very heavy and thick knit- no ironing needed. I don’t think it would work in warm weather but it was perfect for December. Customer service was amazing as I had 2 days to find a back up. They sent the 0, 2 and 4. I wore the 0. I would say I am normally a 2. The zipper was a little stiff. I wore this to a bar mitzvah and it was very appropriate. I could have dressed it up more but I think this would also work great with a jean jacket and flats. The hem detail is pretty- I got lots of compliments!

Much prettier and brighter in person!
I got this for a summer weddng at a winery and it was perfect. I usually rent a 2 with a 4 as the back up size but based on the other reviews I ordered the 0 and 2. The 2 was definitely too big in the top so I am glad I followed that advice and ended up wearing the 0. The dress was long enough to be appropriate (I am 5’ 10”) and really pretty. It was very different, lots of detail- no other accessories needed. Loved it!

Junior prom
My daughter wore this to junior prom (catholic school- met all requirements for coverage!) We ordered the 4 and 6- she wore the 6. She is 5'8" and 135. (Normally a 6 in RTR). The dress was perfect!
