I absolutely loved the color of this dress. Not a color I would normally wear, but it is so bright and fun. The fit on this dress is a little snug around the ribcage. I had gotten both the 8L and the 10L just in case and ended up wearing the 10L. Unfortunately, part of the zipper broke halfway through the night, so I ended up putting on the 8L for the rest of the evening. It fit, but just had to take smaller breaths - this dress has NO stretch around the middle. In the photo I am wearing flats, so as a 5'10 woman, ordering the long was crucial! I could not have worn heels with it - just skimmed the floor perfectly with flats (which is what I had wanted, so it worked out great for me). Overall, just make your backup size one size bigger and make sure to order the long if you're tall like me!

The fit on this dress is incredible! It is so flowy and fun to dance in all night long. I didn't have to keep pulling it up like often happens with strapless dresses. I tried belting it since I had seen so many women who had, but I have to say that this dress is so elegant on it's own - don't belt it! The 8R was the perfect length for me with flats. I also rented the long (since I'm 5'10) but it would have required 3-4in heels in order to not trip on it from the back. I also rented this necklace and it was the perfect statement piece to finish off the look. Love, love, love.
