This dress was great for a sunset boat cruise. It was also easy access for nursing/pumping throughout the night as they are functional buttons. Many compliments.

Fits a bit larger than other Shoshanna dresses - I'm usually a 10 in her strapless dresses and a 12 in sheath/a line dresses so I would recommend ordering your size and a size down as backup. The lace overlay is a gray-purple with a gray lining, contrasts nicely. On the shorter side but did not have any issues with sitting or dancing.

Shoshanna knows how to make dresses for curvy girls! The internal corset and bra system really secured "the girls" without the squashing uniboob effect. The material is vibrant and has enough thickness to support the dress cups, pleating etc. Pockets are an added bonus. I wore this for birthday breakfast brunch and got many compliments. It would be mine if I could afford it. A truly wonderful RTR experience with responsive staff to help sort out any questions or issues.

This was my first rental and I left it to the last min. so RTR was out of size 10. The size 12 was a tad large around the bust/shoulder but still got plenty of compliments! Fabric has a subtle sheen, makes a basic style wedding appropriate. Fabric is textured so sensitive skin on the underarm might get a little irritated. Overall, great rental and looked great in pictures!
