Definitely oversized - size down for a better fit
The pink & black plaid give the jacket an interesting look if you work in a traditional environment and want something a little different. Definitely go down one or two sizes if you want a closer fit when wearing trousers -- it's a very loose fit that can "swallow" you up. It might work better with leggings.

Nice structure & fit. The buttons on the front are very loose & need to be sewn & secured.
The shoulder pads give the jacket a little edge. The weight of the jacket lends itself to weather that's a little on the cooler side -- may be too heavy for summer.
