The fabric is stretchy, which makes it super comfortable, but it is also thin, so shapewear was necessary. I could have worn the 8, but then I would have been in full body shapewear, so I opted for comfort, even though there were one or two places where the dress was a touch big. It was a super classy look, and I highly recommend it!

My husband and I attended a sustainability event called The Green Ball. There was a "green fashion contest" which included contestants with all different types of "green" fashion, including one woman who wore a dress made entirely of capri sun pouches! We won because we rented our outfits, and because we looked fantastic! The dress is amazing - very comfortable, easy to wear, and you can wear a bra! The only issues were (1) the "tall" size wasn't available, so the "regular" size was a bit short - the sequins end a little over an inch from the floor, but the taffeta slip underneath covers your ankles; and (2) the zipper is very hard to zip (not because of size, just a challenging zipper) and the clasp at the top was bent, so I couldn't clasp it. Otherwise, this was the perfect dress!
