Perfect for fall wedding
Was snug enough once zipped to hold and secure the girls w/o a bra. Paired with a leather jacket for a wedding b/c the weather was full-on monsoon rains w cool temps— was a great combination. Pockets meant no clutch necessary. Win.

Slightly more femme take on my everyday lumberjack flannels ;-)
Nice drape, comfortable feel, atteactive way to mix it up from my regular plaid flannel shirts. Layers well under sweater vests, blazers etc for work, but also pretty great as-is with jeans.

Great blouse for work
Nice drape, comfortable feel, visually interesting pattern and collar. Not sheer per se, but nude bras are your best bet. Layers well under sweater vests, blazers etc.

I love the print -- the geometric pattern and color palette make it feel a little deco without being hokey I love the fit -- it's femme without being frilly, nipped in at the waist without being tight I love the fabric -- light withiut being gauzy, opaque and dark without being heavy. Lots of compliments-- and i loved it, too.

Waaaay too big & boxy
I love shirt-dresses! I wear them all the time! But this one was a little too big and boxy or something, and because the material has so much stiffness and the shape so much structure, i felt like i was wearing a cardboard box. Not for me!

Nice-quality fabric & stitching, but not the shape for me. Would be amaaaazing on someone taller and thinner and with buff shoulders. Or on pregnant people. On me, it just made me feel shapeless.

Cute but a little long for me.
First skirt in a while that made me remember i sit on the line between average and petite! Seemed a little long on me in a way i didnt find flattering. Cute nautical print, textile has a canvas-sail weight, almost, which makes it feel quite nautical, indeed. This is like... the WASPiest skirt i've seen on RTR and i kind of ironically love it in concept and wish it fit me better.

Cute, not as formal as i'd expected, boobs out whoa
I should have waited for a 0 to become available, b/c the 2 was a little too roomy for me. Neckline was a little low and, on me, not snug, so i would have needed to wear some padding or push-up contraption to make my bust look how i wanted it to in this dress. Def cute, though.

Cute but verrrrry blousy
Looked so cute feom certain angles, but also made me look quite pregnant from other angles (this... would have been fine if i was actually pregnant, but alas. Was not.). Very nice fabric and construction, though-- would probably look fab on someone taller and ganglier than i am!

Super cute but the neck ruff = annoying
This dress looked great in terms of cut and color, but i didnt end up wearing it out b/c the little lace collar wouldnt lay right-- part was always stickinf up while the rest of it was down. Walking around my house in it, i felt self-conscious about it even though no one else was around, and i kept fidgeting with it. Decided to send it back w/o wearing it out at all.

Fitted scarlet lace... with *pockets*!
Love this dress for weddings and parties that are fairly fancy but not black-tie. True-to-size, zips up and holds the girls in - no bra required. Asymmetrical hemline (business up front, party in the back mullet hem) looks great-- longer hem in back lends a teeny bit of formality, higher hem in front lets you show your gams and/or carefully chosen shoes. And it has pockets. *swoon*. I ended up buying it.

If summer was a piece of clothing...
...it would be this dress. Wore it to a yacht rock party in September & everyone commented that it was the perfect dress for eking out a couple of extra days of summer. V comfy, great shape, roomy pockets. It is low-cut, so be ready for that. Also, I'm between a 0&2 with most labels-- there was no 0 available so I wore a 2. It worked but I didn't have the snugness (and push-up) I was hoping for. Still a great dress, will likely rent (a 0) again.

Comfortable, elegantly low-femme
I loooooved this shirt, wore it 1000x- w/ a black corduroy a-line mini, with jeans, with a denim pencil skirt, with cigarette pants, with flats, heels and booties. Dress it up or down, work or play. Perfect drape. It does wrinkle over the course of a wear, but nothing a steamer can't set straight in seconds. Will certainly rent again, will probs also consider buying.

Almost *perfect* - love this dress!
I loooved this dress and got a lot of compliments - wore it to a September wedding in Texas-- was comfortable both outside and indoors, in a field and on the dance floor. Fabric is in layers, each of which is pretty thin but together the feel is substantial. Some stretch in bodice area. Bodice area might be snug on anyone larger than a small B, but it was fine for me-- comfortable but not gappy. Neckline is very low, though, so if you're uncomfortable showing any of your sternum, this might not be the dress for you. The only thing that felt like a drawback to me was the length-- I'm 5'2 with thick calves-- I like my dresses to hit at or above my knee so that my calves don't look like ever-expanding triangles. If I were to buy this dress (and I'm seriously considering it), I'd have it tailored to a more custom-ideal length, which would make it pretty perfect. Taller people will love it as-is.

Cute, versatile for casual-to-dressy events
Comfortable & cute! Quality fabric and stitching = attractive, comfortable fit. Some stretch at the back panel probs help bustier gals fit this one, though I don't have that issue and am only guessing. Strapless bodice and pleats keep this dress dressy, but the geometric print and pockets give it a slightly less stuffy look, so it works for less formal occasions also. Def cute.

Casual comfort in an eye-catching colorway
Sweater-like fabric is heavy and substantial, but the fit is loose and doesnt make you feel too hot. Because the fit is rather loose and the shape is somewhat boxy, this might not be the dress for you f youre worried about looking blocky. Otherwise, it's comfortable and stylish (ive worn it both backwards and forwards.), works well with heels, sneakers, boots, flops...

Soooooo many compliments! Elegant & sexy at the same time.
Wore this to a black-tie wedding in October & was very, very pleased (and received many compliments). Long, elegant line in classic black, but halter-style neckline and low back added just enough sexiness. Fabric is heavy but has *some* stretch; still, snug enough that I'd suggest ordering a size up if you're between sizes, your size is a tough call from label to label, or you have a bigger chest. I'm 5'2 (almost 5'3!) and this gown needed no adjustments when I wore 3" heels. I did not wear (or need) a bra with this gown.

Comfortable & flattering fit/flare knit
Sweater-style knit lays well and stretches around curves-- its a very flattering dress. It doesnt suck your belly in, though, so if youre self-conscious, spanx or something might give you more confidence. Fabric is sweater-like for sure, so even though the style is sleeveless, its a safer bet for fall and spring than for the humid height of summer.
