TIGHT across the chest and shoulders and arms
this cut could be very flattering but it’s made for someone taller (over 5’3”) and it doesn’t skim the body, it felt like a size smaller to me

the wide rouching band made the proportions off for me and made the dress fit weird and unflattering. could be very flattering but not for my 5’2” frame
