Loved this dress. Received lots of compliments when I wore it to my company holiday party. This is a heavy dress, so it's well suited for winter semi-formal events. Be forewarned, you can't wear a bra with this because of the open back. I leaned into the vintage aspects of the dress and wore it with a petticoat underneath, which really helped emphasize the full skirt.

This dress was extremely comfortable and flattering. I was concerned about the length, as maxis can run long on me even though I'm 5'6" because I have short legs and my height is all in my torso, but this fit perfectly with 3" in wedges. I'm not in the best shape right now (lots of post baby softness in lots of places, even though my kid is 3, ahem) and this dress made me feel stylish and current in a way the dresses I normally default to from Nordstrom Rack don't. It has lots of movement and was great to dance in; lots of swishiness. The colors and design of the print are stunning in person. The pictures don't really do it justice. Be aware that the belt comes in the front pocket of the dress bag. I couldn't find it until after my event.
