I wore this for a pre-wedding party on a boat cruise along the Seine in Paris. It was great to have the pants to feel covered in the cool breeze and the top was stylish and I wore it with a turquoise long necklace, cuff bracelet and dangle earrings. You can do so much with this outfit -- dress up, add a blazer, add a scarf, colorful shoes, etc -- great basic stylish go-to outfit. Would like to own it!

I usually wear a 6 or 8 (maybe 8 more than 6), but the size 6 was a better fit, especially in the back so the fabric stayed against my back. I felt the 8 was a great fit too, just had a little too much space across the lower back. The slip holds perfectly in place and I was dancing all night, very comfortable and not hot. Great style and fun.

I am tall (5'10"), so drop waist dresses are always a good option. I loved the black fabric, as it was comfortable and didn't show sweat -- great for a wedding outside in 95 degree heat when you are the reader! I accessorized with a great necklace from RTR and it blamed it up. I would def rent this again.
