Strange fit
The cuffs/sleeves are super tight. I had to unbutton at the wrist just to try on the dress but then the dress itself is so baggy and oversized.

I didn't have any issues with the bust. Normally too short would be ok in Vegas, but it has a flap that is open (like a wrap dress). I usually love HH dresses, so I was a little disappointed.

I'm tall, but not very hippy so the small fit perfectly. However...the bottom is totally see through in natural light. The beige tool isn't think under the top layer. Keep that in mind!! Once the sun went down it was fine.
