This blouse is cut to below the bra line
The neckline of this doesn't button very high, as the picture suggests. The top button was literally below my bra line and then it hung in gaps along the placket.

I liked this one. It fit well and was fun and flowy. I had to wear a camisole because it went super low on me. But it was cute and I received several compliments.

Very nice
It was nice - a little too much for my workplace. Given the smaller fit and the styled top, I decided to return it without wearing. It was a great color. If your workplace is a dressier place, this might work nicely.
