I returned the necklace because it didn't go with my new dress. It's a pretty necklace but I didn't realize that it's a choker. Perhaps I didn't look at the reviews close enough. Maybe I'll rent it again when I have a better outfit to go with it.

Chose this dress after the first dress I chose was too small. If you ever order a Monique Lhuillier dress, keep in mind that her sizes run small. Definitely go up a size from the size you usually wear. Which is why this Monique Lhuillier dress fit because it was a size up from the size 6 that I now am. Pros: color and for the most part covered the area I was most worried about, which was my midsection. Not too many pros but that may be because this was the only dress that worked with my budget and size when I exchanged the original dress I ordered at their Rent the Runway store in Topanga, CA. Cons: a little difficult when using the restroom. You either had to take the whole dress off or hope the dress can be pulled up over your hips. Another con is that on the right hand side of the dress, on the chest area, the wiring in the dress poked out a bit and kept poking my chest. I now have a red mark on the top of my right breast. I don't think the dresses normally do this since the left side was completely fine and the wire was still secured into the fabric. I received a couple compliments but I honestly did not feel that amazing in this dress but I feel that that was due to the fact that it was a last minute choice and has more to do with personal reasons. The dress is very pretty just not for my body type.

This was the first time I have used RTR, and it was a SUCCESS!! The dress fit perfectly to my body! Since I am petite, the dress did not appear as short as it does on the model. The only negative thing I can say is that the sleeves were a little tight at the elbows but it was not uncomfortable. I was so happy with the dress that I became a walking advertisement for RTR. My favorite complement came from a woman in the restroom. She really liked the dress and liked even more that it did not look like a lot of the dresses you typically see in clothing stores. She also loved that it was different from most of the dresses other women were wearing at the wedding. I could keep talking about how happy I was that night but I won't bore you. Oh one more thing, when the dress was shipped to me the email said it should arrive by 8pm the night before but it actually arrived much earlier. This may help some of you that feel RTR won't have enough time to overnight you a dress if the one they sent doesn't work out for you.
