Too cutesy for work
There is no give in this fabric so it shows all of your curves -- good and bad. With the eyelets, it's also just a bit too cutesy for work. It looks more like an Easter dress than a work dress.

The title of the dress is "Black Polka Dot," but in reality, the pattern are fish, which made it too silly for me to wear to work.

Cute for work
I find that I have to size up in most TB items, and this one was no different. I'm an 8 in other brands, but almost always a 10 in TB. This dress is starting to show some wear - otherwise I would have purchased it. Cute dress for work.

Great for professional settings
Stylish dress that adds color to a professional wardrobe. I received many compliments. My only complain is that it's a little big in the chest area. Runs true to size everywhere else.

Be careful with showing too much!
Super cute dress, but importantly, the circles you see in the middle of the chest and down the sides are open holes. I didn't realize this until I was at work and noticed you could see my unmentionables! You cannot wear it without a slip -- and who owns a slip anymore?

I love love this dress. The material is luxurious. The fit is flowly and adorable. I got compliments on it each time I wore it. And its so confortable. Perfection.

Very tight and runs small
This is a beautiful dress, but it does run small and fits very snugly. I suggest sizing up. I had to wear a sweater over it to make it work appropriate. It is also short - borderline inappropriate for an office setting.

Adds a little spice to a work outfit
This is a fun dress to make work a bit more flirty. It's very flattering on and true to size. My only criticism would be that it is a hair short. The length is fine for winter when you can wear tights, but I'd be a little worried about wearing to work without tights. I paired with navy tights and purple suede boots. Super fun feel!

Don't ignore the other reviews - too short to wear!
I didn't listen. I should have. This dress is ridiculously short - like less than an inch below my booty cheek. It looks like a shirt. I was in Vegas and wanted a fun Vegas dress, but this was totally unwearable.

Flattering, classy dress!
This dress is amazing. It's feminine, soft, and very flattering. I wore it to a wedding in Vegas and danced comfortably all evening. I would definitely rent again.

Great festive dress!
I rented this dress for Christmas Eve church and a party with friends. It fit perfectly and was very flattering. I felt amazing in it.

This dress is pretty thin so wasn't great for winter wear. It also is quite clingy in the midsection, which isn't great for my body. I still put a suit coat over it and wore it though. It's comfortable and fits true to size.

I felt beautiful in this dress! Great fit and very flattering. And it has pockets!!
This dress has just enough edge to stand out at a party. I loved wearing something that wasn't the typical LBD. It's very slimming and fits true to size. The only con is that the top can be a bit flattening, but I fixed that with a good bra that gave me some oomph. Loved it. My favorite dress I've ever worn by far.
