I didn't believe the reviews, but WAY too short
I'm 5ft2, 140lbs currently, and since I'm on the shorter side, I took all the reviews saying "too short" with a grain of salt, and ordered this anyways for a trip to Vegas. When trying it on at home before the trip, I was shocked to find it seriously was WAYYY TOO SHORT. Like, put your arms up and it raises to the point you can see your underwear kind of short. Although i'm a bit heavier at the moment, that didn't impact the length at all, the dress itself is just too damn short. I really like the structure the shoulder pads add, just a bit of extra dimension to your silhouette that I thought was a nice touch, and the dress itself seems really well made for a sequin piece, so it's a shame about the length. Renter beware, unless you have an incredibly short upper body, it's probably going to fit too short and feel a bit precarious.

Just "fine" - flattering for your midsection, but cut isn't exciting.
I'm 5ft2, 140lbs currently (a bit heavy for my normal), so I couldn't wear my fave "little black dress" in my closet, and thought I'd try this one instead for a work trip/night out with colleagues in Vegas. I ordered both the 8 and 10 and definitely felt best in the 10 which gave me room to eat & move more freely. The dress itself fits fine, but left me wanting more. It didn't have the "WOW" factor I wanted. The ruching in the mid section is incredibly flattering if you have a bit of a belly which I really appreciated, but the very straight hemline at the bottom felt a bit bland, and the neckline sagged a bit and didn't give the polished effect that style of neck usually brings. I also felt the shape around your boobs up to the neck was a bit too deep cut. For someone like me with muscular arms, it made me look like I had a lot of boob fat. Overall it was fine and I still wore it for my event, but it definitely wasn't my favorite ever. Maybe it's better suited for a different body type? I just felt like it was missing something that made you go from "fine" to really loving it.

LOVED this jumpsuit - length was surprisingly okay for shorter person.
I'm 5ft2, 140lbs, athletic build. When I ordered this, all the "short" lengths were already rented, so I went with the regular expecting it to be too long. I wore tall high heels and it actually fit perfect and didn't drag at all. I'm currently 140lbs, so medium was a better fit. If you have a smaller waist/weigh less, you could get away with the small and save a tiny bit more length. I looked and felt great in this all night. Wore it for a company trip to Vegas and got so many compliments from my colleagues. Heartbroken to have not gotten a pic of the final look, but we were too busy having fun. Fit was amazing & sturdy thanks to some boning on the sides, but still comfortable enough for sitting through a show, eating a decent meal, and then dancing the night away in a club. Fabric offers decent give and love the adjustable straps. I found it hard to finish zipping up to the top so that meant I needed help after any runs to the bathroom, but totally worth it. I was so sad to send back, and will probably rent again in the future.

This dress was a perfect-fitting, spring colored dress for a wedding on the California coast.
I have more pale skin with yellow undertones, and was worried about how this colors would look on me, but they're fairly true to the pictures and I actually loved it. My other worry when ordering this was that it looked like it'd be tight, but the fit was suuuper comfortable and the fabric felt like it had a bit of give to it, which was great for eating/moving/dancing on a very long wedding day. I typically wear a dress size 2, and even though there really wasn't much difference, I ended up wearing my backup size 4 just to have a bit more flex for eating/dancing. The zippers on both sizes of the dress got a bit stuck at the seam in between the top/bottom parts, but with a push it went right up. I didn't need a bra with this dress (didn't even wear stickies) and felt totally fine thanks to the inner lining. The collar was a bit "saggy" when I received it, but I used and iron on the "delicate" setting to get it to stand up a bit better. I really, really loved this dress and feel like I could wear it over and over - I was sad to send it back! It was so fun with the dual-tone bright colors, a fun twist on the lace trend. I felt like I stood out from the rest of the wedding crowd, and I loved how I looked and felt - no sacrificing comfort here. Would 10/10 recommend.
