This is a gorgeous dress but note the mid-thigh length makes it a tad short for a more conservative office. Probably more appropriate for nighttime wear or petite women.

The color and fabric are gorgeous but as other reviewers have pointed out this dress runs extremely small in the upper body. I sized up to my normal L.K. Bennett size and this dress was still uncomfortably tight in the arms, chest and waist, but sizing up would have made it too big on the bottom. I could not wait to get it off at the end of the day. Best suited for a brief cocktail event where you don't care about breathing or using your arms.
