The dress was very pretty; received a lot of compliments. It hangs loose, but fits perfect when tied with the belt around the waist. I had to wear it with a low bra so the bra wouldn't show, and ended up leaving the bottom of the dress unbuttoned so it would flow around when walking. It was perfect!
