This has a lot of material. The top is a little odd and fits a bit tight with bigger chest. The bottom has a lot of material making it a bit heavy. It is very different not your normal dress.

Major side boob action and it's also thin material so you'll be showing stuff. The dress ties around the neck which can be a but uncomfortable for some. The sides are very revealing. Dress might be best as beach cover up or tropical vacation.
