I am usually an 8 or 10 in dresses, but had a baby 2 months prior to wearing this dress, so I wasn't sure if I would be a 10 or a 12. I am the same weight as I was pre-pregnancy, but have a bit of extra belly that I did not before. The only size available was a 10 and it fit perfectly. Due to the flow of the fabric and the sparkle of the sequins, I may have been able to wear my usual size 8 without it accentuating the extra weight in my belly. I will definitely try that size if I rent this dress again. It was perfect for an October wedding and I got so many compliments on it, both in person and on Instagram.

I ordered the size 8L, but was unable to order a backup size (I did order another dress as a backup) since they were unavailable the weekend I needed it. This is a very form-fitting dress and very long (I would have needed at least 4" heels to keep it from dragging on the floor. It zipped, but would not have been comfortable to wear and I would've worried about ripping it, I definitely needed the next size up. I would love to rent it in a bigger size for my next formal event, though, and would highly recommend it!

Rented this for a black tie wedding and it worked out perfectly! I got the size 8 and 10 as a backup. I wore the 8 as the 10 was too big in the chest and arm areas. I ended up using a safety pin to pin the front together to make it a little less low cut, but it wasn't super low cut by any means. I am 5'6 1/2" and wore 3" heels with the dress and it just touched the floor. This was nice so that I didn't have to wear 4"+ heels to prevent the dress from dragging (which I would have with the size 10). Overall, a lovely dress and would recommend. The pattern is a nice shimmer and looks better in person than online.

I got the size 8 and the 10 as a backup. The 8 fit perfectly, but was a bit short for me (as noted in other reviews). I ended up wearing the 10, which was a better length, and despite being a little less fitted in the waist it still looked great! Love this dress and am planning on renting it again for another wedding in February.
