Fun, slightly retro
If you're short, this dress will be a cute ankle length on you. The silhouette was flattering and the color is bright and cheerful in person. I loved that it had big pockets. If a size 4 had been available, that would have fit better, but the size 2 worked.

Loved it!
This dress was a backup style I ordered, and I'm so glad I did! I greatly preferred this dress to the other style I ordered. It fit well and was comfortable to dance in all night long. I highly recommend this dress for petite ladies. The high-low cut is perfectly proportioned and the v-neck is sexy without being too much. It does run a bit small in the bust (I'm a 30DD) but not too bad.

Not great if you look young
This dress is beautiful, but I do think you need to be tall and thin for the desired effect. I'm 4'11" and look considerably younger than my actual age. This dress made me look like I was ready for my over-the-top bat mitzvah, rather than a 30-something wedding guest. The material and embroidery is amazing; the dress just wasn't for me and I'd advise against it if you already have a tendency to look young.

Weird seams in the skirt
I wanted to love this dress, but the way the lace skirt is constructed is so bizarre. I'm not sure if it was only on my dress, but there are large seams down the sides, starting right at the hips, that make it look like there are wings coming out of you. There are more thick seams like that all over the skirt, but the ones at the hips are what put this dress firmly in the "no" category for me.

Great party dress for a chilly day!
I wore this dress to a wedding on a cold April day and got so many compliments! The design is truly gorgeous and I felt like I was wearing something special. I'm 4'11 and 110-115lbs. I ordered the 0 and 2, and ended up going with the 0 because there was less gaping in the back. The rest seemed to fit exactly the same. It definitely looks more full on the bottom on a more petite frame when compared to the model, so be prepared for a fluffier skirt. It hit me right above the knee. Overall, the dress fit well and it was great to have the sleeves since it was unseasonably cold! The arms were slightly tight and itchy, but not bad. This dress would be great for pear-shaped ladies, as there is ample room in the skirt. What knocks it down from 5 stars for me is that some of the embroidery was pulling, causing stray threads to hang off the dress, and I do wish that they made the skirt less full for smaller sizes to give a more streamlined silhouette.

Great for a formal, fall event!
This dress looked great and I felt very glam in it. I'd definitely recommend it for petite women. Like other reviews say, it runs small around the rib cage. I normally wear a 0 and ended up wearing my backup size 2. The 0 fit better in the chest, but I wanted to be comfortable for eating and dancing and the 0 made it a little hard to breathe. Because I went with the 2, the straps were a little loose and sometimes slipped off while dancing. Some fashion tape would have fixed the issue. The length was perfect for me - I'm 4'11" and it hit right above the knees. My only complaint is that the bottom looked a little raggedy. It was starting to fray and pill. I don't think it was noticeable unless you looked closely, but this particular dress might not have many more wears to it.

Runs small, not for petite women
Because this sort of has a drop waist, I don't recommend this for anyone under 5'2". It hit me in a weird spot and gave me lumps where I normally look fine. I know it's a bodycon dress, but I think it does run pretty small. I normally wear a 0 or 2, but the extra small made me look like a sausage. The small fit better, but I was just too short for the dress to fit well.

Beautiful fabric, great fit!
I wish I could buy this dress, I loved it so much. As someone who is very short, it can be hard to do RTR. This fit like a glove on top and hit me right above the knee, which was nice to balance out the more revealing neckline. The fabric is so gorgeous; it's interesting and fun without being too flashy. It was a great dress to dance in and I was comfortable all night. Cannot recommend it enough!

Even the petite was extremely long. I don't think anyone under 5'4" could wear it.
This dress is absolutely gorgeous. The top fit beautifully and the color is amazing. However, I'm 4'11" and even in 6" heels the dress was at least 4-5" too long. Because the bottom has an outer layer that is pleated and thin, it's impossible to use hem tape to shorten it. I really wish I could have worn it, but I ended up needing to wear something I already owned because it was so long. People who aren't so short won't have any problem.
