I rented this dress for my baby shower, but unfortunately it was too large although I rented a medium. At 36 weeks of pregnancy I'm ~170 lbs and closer to a 36D. I should've gone with a size small. Yes, arm holes are very large! Be prepared to have a pretty bra, or one that hides. Potential underarm cleavage... Color was beautifully vibrant.
