I was really excited to wear this romper for my birthday dinner, but was very disappointed to find the color much less vibrant than pictured (almost looked black) and the lace was itchy and snagged in multiple spots. Luckily I had a basic black romper in my closet that was much more comfortable that I wore instead. The fit however was true to size- I thought I'd need to size up to a 4 based on the reviews but the 2 seemed to fit perfectly.

I didn't notice too much of a difference between the XS and S, but went with the S just so I would be more comfortable. The fabric is super flattering - I didn't wear any sort of shapewear and felt great! The colors were vibrant and fun, and my boyfriend loved it too! Would definitely rent another Herve :)

This dress was great, it was pretty comfortable and so pretty - I got a ton of compliments on it! It was a great bohemian take on a formal dress which was exactly what I was going for. I am pretty petite and would have ordered the 0 had it been available - I just had to pin the 2 and it was ok. I read some reviews that the dress ran small, but to me it seemed very true to size.
