Such a great dress. Starting with the beautiful blue-jewel tone. the shimmer to it isn't sequins, so no worries it's not flashy at all, just classy. the top was nice and fitted... the back is an elastic material, so you didn't feel like you were in a straight-jacket. the shoulder straps have little loops to hold your bra straps in, so I could just wear my normal favorite bra. the stitching around the waistline gave a little... so again... didn't feel like a straight jacket. and the bottom flared out to cover my mom belly. was a little shorter than I usually go with, but I still felt very covered and it didn't look like i was trying too hard (I'm 5'7"). Material isn't scratchy at all. Can't say enough great things. i'm usually a solid size 8, and the 6 fit great.... probably could've made a 4 work as well, but that's because my weight/size is in my hips... not my bust. would absolutely rent this one again.

Super happy with this rental!! As you can see... a lot of people have rented this one, and it's obvious why! I did end up wearing the size 8 (my usual size), but.... the 6 fit great, too, just a hair tight in the chest. So size down for your backup size. I wore it to a country wedding in July in Michigan and it was perfect. I especially loved that you could wear a normal bra and underwear... no need for strapless. I had no trouble with the neckline. The slip underneath was fitted, but stayed in place just fine. Also the seam around the waist area was elastic (versus a stiff stitching that wouldn't "give" at all) which again added to the comfort of this dress. I wore a strappy Steve Madden wedge which was perfect.

Like a lot of other people said, it runs small. I am usually a size 8, and ended up wearing my backup size 10. And honestly, after dinner, the size 12 was sounding pretty nice! The tightest spot for me was the stitching around the lower chest area. There is NO give. I was able to wear a backless/strapless bra without a problem, and it was fun for me because I have a smaller chest, and for once, I didn't feel like there was extra room in the bust area. I went with yellow gold accessories which were perfect, and a nude heel because it was still summer time. This was a great first experience with RTR, and I can't wait to do it again!
