True to size. The bottom of the dress is sheer, I wore it with opaque tights and did not experience an issue or feel exposed in anyway.

Loved the dress. Very appropriate for a wedding.
For starters, the base of the dress is Midnight BLUE not black as described. But other than that I was very pleased with the rental. I wore gold accessories and it worked very well.
