I felt beautiful and classy!
I thought the fit ran small, my normal size 10 was tight in the chest and since the dress has zero stretch, I had to go with the size 12. The only negative was that towards the end of the night, after several hours of wear, the neckline started irritating my skin. I'm not sure why it started hurting but I was exhausted anyways and just wanted to go home at that point. I loved the dress and how I felt in it, it was nice to step out of my comfort zone with this dress and it stood out in a sea of LBDs!

The neckline was too high for me, it felt like a turtleneck! Plus the slit wasn't as obvious as pictured, it barely showed when I walked in front of the mirror. The ruching was flattering to my post-baby body, but it wasn't the dress for my event.

I was trying to avoid wearing black...
I am a new mom, normally a size 8 but I haven't lost all the pregnancy weight, so I wore a size 10. I hate black at weddings so I was glad that this dress worked out! It made me feel slim because it flares out on the hips giving the illusion of a narrow(er) waist! Plus, as a 36DD, it didn't flatten me out and I was comfortable all night! The sleeves have a zipper that goes almost the length of the forearm, which irritated me at first. I got "I can't believe you just had a baby!!" all night which I took as a compliment :)

I rented this for my cousin's wedding, but...
This was a cute dress but it was really short! I could not wear this dress to a family event :( Some other people wore stockings but that was not an option since we were having a mini heatwave and it was an outdoor ceremony. I ended up wearing a different dress.
