I ordered this dress for prom originally in the 8R, but upon arrival I found out that with my shoes the dress was too short and too tight. I called customer service and explained to them my situation, and they were more then happy to assist me and get me what I needed as soon as I was able. The dress itself was very comfortable and very elegant. The zipper was hard to use and didn't glide like I expected, but that hardly ruins my opinion of it. However the top likes to fall down, and if you're a chesty girl you'll be showing off some cleavage. A strapless bra would be best so you aren't pulling on the dress straps all night. Overall I'm very pleased with my rental and will be using Rent The Runway again. If you're unsure of size then size up.
