I rented this for my birthday to just wear to a casual gathering but ultimately did not end up wearing it at all. I ordered the large and medium as my back up and the large was HUGE. The medium fit well but the overall cut was not flattering for a girl with hips. The tube top cut also cuts into the armpits which is not a nice look for girls with larger chests. Overall the pattern was cute and it was nice and light but I think it works better on someone quite thin with more of a straight body type. For reference I'm 5'5, 160lbs.

I rented this dress for my birthday celebration which was outdoor at a beer garden. The day ended up being a little cooler than normal for end of July so I added a white cardigan to cover the back cutout. As other reviewers stated this dress does run big and the top on the Medium (normally I'm a size 10 in dresses and have curvy hips/butt) was a bit loose on me but the bottom half fit my curves without being too tight or clingy. It is very lightweight so great for a summer event. It is a little long but even with flat sandals I didn't feel like it dragged too much. (I'm 5'5").

I wore this dress for a Gatsby-esque wedding with some pearls and it worked well with the overall vibe. It is a very figure hugging dress so you must be comfortable with that. The material does have good stretch and is thick enough to hide little bumps but it will definitely hug all curves. Overall it was a pretty dress but even with spanx I was a little uncomfortable with how tight it was. For reference- I'm 5'5" 165lbs with curvy hips/butt.

I wore this for a black tie gala I help with every year. I got many compliments on the style of the dress and overall it fit true to size. I wasn't 100% comfortable with the back of the dress since it requires me to wear a backless/stick on bra. I think if you're smaller chested you could go braless and it wouldn't feel as awkward. The waist area does cinch in a lot so if you are rounder in the middle it may not be the best cut.

I rented this dress for a fundraiser in April. I ended up wearing the larger size (10) because the top does run small and the lace sleeves were incredibly tight. I have a slightly larger chest as well so I felt like I would rip it if I tried to wear the smaller size. The dress was really cute but very warm with the sleeves so I'd recommend it for a fall/winter event more so than spring.
