I wore this for wedding when my original dress was lost in transit. It's super bright (less highlighter yellow, more canary yellow) I wore it with a belt which made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. The top was elastic, which make it really easy.

Super comfortable with pockets, got compliments all night. I'm a 5'2, 120lb, 32D, wore 3 inches heels and it was fine. A bit long but par for the course for me. Didn't need any fashion tape, but it was a close call.

This dress is great, and the pleating if very flattering, but a belt made it all better (less potato sack and more chic summer wedding attire). The pleating is super flattering and covers wearing it bra-less.

This dress wasn't very well made, it was only lined in the top that stopped at the waist, which made the waist and skirt portions very itchy. I wore a backless slip underneath to avoid being itchy all night. The fabric was also falling apart with lots of pulling - I probably would have returned the dress w/o wearing it but I didn't have anything else. Also, the neck portion is tight which made it a bit uncomfortable (why I chose the 4, otherwise they fit the same). Every other dress I've ever gotten was a total hit, and while this one had a great colour it wasn't the quality and comfort that I know and expect from RTR.

This dress is incredibly soft, which made it super comfortable to wear, but it also has a sleek modern look. I wore a 2, which fit great, but I had a super big meal so by the end I was feeling a bit snug in it. I wore a bra but no spanx because it was too fitted and they would have been visible. If I'd gotten the 4 I probably would have worn the spanx. Note: the material is fully opaque but not so super thick so you can't wear black tights underneath, nude ones would be fine.

This dress was great, the only fit issue I had was that the waist is cut quite small, which made it a bit tight. You definitely don't need to wear a bra with it, and in fact doing so would be visible through the dress.

I always wear a belt, so I wore this dress with a black patent belt to the welcome reception of a wedding. I decided to tone it down with a black cardigan, which made it more even-keeled for the party. It fit quite well, and I didn't wear a bra. If would probably not recommend this dress if going bra-less makes you uncomfortable. It will hold you in quite well, but if you're anxious about it, I'm afraid a bra might show through.

I ordered the 2R and the 4R but went with the smaller one. The 4R had a rip that had been repaired and was very wrinkly/dumpy looking. The 2R was only a bit smaller but was great. I wore a Spanx Haute Contour thong, which basically makes you smooth and look like you're having the best "thin day" ever. The dress was a bit long (since I am 5'2), but a I used double-sided tape to make the front a bit shorter. I wore 4.5in heels with it. I always wear a belt and did with this dress, which I thought brought it all together. (As others said, it looks better if you keep your shoulders back, but one should be trying to do that anyway.)
