Perfect for an Inaugural Ball!
This dress is very beautiful and comfortable. RTR needs to inspect for defects a little more closely. The seam between the lining and the crinoline was torn so I had to pin it up with Safety Pins.

Total Failure
This dress runs slightly small. I am typically between an 18/20/22, and the 22 "fit". Unfortunately, the straps were much too long making this nearly a plunge neckline. And the "regular" was a good 6"-9" too short. There isn't a Tall option in sizes above 18. I should say that I am only 5'7". I have never worn a TALL anything. The fabric is gorgeous, I would have loved it if this gown fit. If you are 5'2" plus size woman, this dress is waiting for you.
