Excellent customer service
I rented the XS and the bust area was so stretched out that I couldn't wear it. However, RTR customer service was great, and I rented another dress that was a perfect fit.

My first RTR experience and it was great. Very easy to use and great customer service,
I have very small wrists so I have a hard time finding bracelets that fit but this one was perfect. I received ton of compliments and I will definitely rent again.
