This dress was perfect for a beach wedding in Tulum, Mexico. I didn't have to wear a bra due to the way it held everything up and that's very unusual. Was fun for dancing and the cut outs were way more flattering than I would have guessed. Was a really lightweight but high quality fabric. I wish I owned it. The number of compliments I got in person and online were off the charts. Love love Love this dress. So vibrant!

I had to run to the RTR store to get a replacement dress and this was one I had seen on the website before and was intrigued by. The toile and the bottom seemed a little much for me but I sort of grew to love it. I really needed an 8R but was desperate and the 10R worked fine. I'm busty and I did pin the lace straps up a bit so it wouldn't be quite so low cut on me. The dress is beautiful and the mermaid cut is great on curves I thought. I got so many compliments on it! It was also very comfortable and easy to walk in.

I originally wanted the 6L based on reviews however it wasn't available. The 4L fit right out of the box so I never even tried the 6R. I'm between 5'4 & 5'5 and wore 3 in heels and it was the perfect length. Skimmed the floor but could walk fairly easily. A few times my heels got caught on the lace. The dress is definitely a bit thick but it makes it very flattering on curves. Perfect for hourglasses. I was at an end of year banquet for my sport so I wanted to look nice but also appropriate given a lot of colleagues who were in attendance. I was in this dress for 7+ hours and I didn't want to take it off. I LOVED it. Was a struggle to zip alone but made it work. Also their are small zippers on end of sleeves which I wasn't expecting. This was sexy but not over the top due to the high neck line and long sleeves. I struggled with the lining. Strapless bras don't work well on me so I wore a nude regular bra and tried to keep my hair over so that you couldn't see the straps.

The links flipped around a lot as I was trying to put it on. It didn't go with the formal dress I rented it for... Too much going on between the necklace and neckline of dress. The top was super tight on me... For one of the only times in my life I didn't need to wear a bra due to the thickness of the material and because I didn't have the room anyway. I loved the colors and the flow of the bottom part. It is very silky and has no raised texture on the bottom part (which is hard to tell from photos). The top portion was very close to my skin color so that was one of the things I wasn't crazy about. I think this dress would be amazing on someone with a smaller top half and darker skin!

This dress is very body-conscious. I was worried as there was no back up size available but I felt the 8 worked, but barely. I did wear a strapless bra and it still zipped, although I think most people could get away without a bra. It is a thicker stretchy fabric but will show any bumps or lumps... I didn't have Spanx but would think that might be a good investment for this dress. I loved the cut of the top, it was very flattering to the arms and shoulders. The color was very pretty and I felt the gold accessories were all it needed. I got several compliments and I felt like a million bucks. I would say that you have to be super comfortable with something form fitted. I think since it was super tight it was balanced out by being high neck and longer. The slit was the perfect amount of leg showing... And the shape of the dress definitely made me look more hourglass than I've ever seemed but I saw that as a good thing. Would definitely rent it again in another color, but only on a day I was feeling skinny!

Don't let people scare you off with this dress "being hot because it's thick" or that it's "too short." I get hot very easily and granted it was unseasonably cool weather for a January night in Miami but the dress was perfect for a nice dinner and going to the club for a friends Bachelorette. I did not think it was too warm at all The thickness was nice because it was more forgiving. It did great things for my curves. It is short but I'm between 5'4 and 5'5 and I didn't think it was inappropriately short for the circumstances, especially given it was so covered up, up top. Sexy but not over the top. It wasn't something I would feel would be appropriate for more conservative events like a work event or wedding but great for what I needed it for too. I felt beautiful in it and would definitely rent it again. Also the shoulder pads didn't bother me at all!!

The dress was high-quality and did not seem at all worn. I did think the medium fit well but it definitely could not have been any smaller and still fit. It's a little hard to get on and off but I also didn't realize there was a side zipper. It will catch your hair on the sequins so be careful. Wore this for a bachelorette party that was Gatsby themed and it definitely fit the theme. Was surprisingly comfortable but it also did seem to shift along the seam so the V neck had trouble staying where it was supposed to be in the center of my chest. Overall it did the job but not sure I would rerent it.

First and foremost the fit runs VERY large. Sometimes an 8 can be tight across my chest and in this dress I wore a 4 and even then it was loose in the midsection. I liked the color but it was not nearly as bright in real life as it looked in the photos and I thought it washed me out a little bit. I think it would look a little better on someone with a darker skin tone. I thought the length was perfect, showed some skin but still appropriate for a more formal affair... little below mid thigh on me (and most of my height is in my legs - very short torso). Overall I liked the sleeves and the trim on the bottom. It had pretty details but I don't think it was the most flattering dress I've ever worn.

It was a good length and neckline for a small family wedding where I was looking for modest but still a bright spring color. It does have a green under tone but overall it reads aqua. Think it is perfect for blondes. It was a bit snug across the chest (36DD) but worked. Loved how the bottom section of lace hung below the lining to accentuate the pretty scalloped edge. I used to make fun of my friends 15 years ago who wore Lilly but she has come along way and I take back everything I ever said! She's more than super preppy prints these days!

I felt the necklace felt and looked cheap in real life. Like something you would buy at a costume jewelry place. This dress photographs very well and I got lots of comments from people on social media. Less comments in real life. The colors are beautiful and it definitely makes you stand out in a crowd of plain dresses but is still conservative. The 8 was tight across the chest and the armholes do create a little bit of side flab which wasn't super flattering. It was also very baggy in the waist and so when you sit down it bubbles up. Looks pretty good when standing though so keep in mind what you will be doing more. Glad I rented it but glad I didn't own it. It was in great condition though and the fabric was a very soft and dressy silk which made it work for this upscale beach/yacht club wedding. I wore it with the recommended necklace which also photographed well but I felt didn't really match in real life and the necklace felt cheap.

Wish I owned this necklace. It was a beautiful statement piece and looked very expensive.
