Fits nicely and has comfortable amount of stretch to it. I wear a 12 normally and was able to wear this size 12 comfortably

Prettier On the Model
This was my first choice dress to wear for a wedding and I’m glad I rented a backup. This is not made for curvy bodies/wide hips. In fact, I think it was my hips that caused the dress to keep riding up, making a weird fold at the waist. The color is pretty, but this is a notoriously stiff choice of fabric and that also means the “train” or back part doesn’t always fall in a chic way. Overall the dress is just stiff and I definitely had to size up. I normally wear a 12 and the one pictured is a 14.

Compliments All Night
Wore as a guest to a formal wedding and everyone had something nice to say about it. I normally wear a size 12 pant/dress, and the XLR fit nicely. There is a bit of stretch in it. Stayed up all night and didn’t require much shifting or adjusting. The sequins might irritate some people but I didn’t notice them too much except just a little at the underarm.

Shapeless
Pretty fabric but shaped like a potato sack. I wear a size 12 and the size 44 was way too big, I was swimming in it. This was just a backup since RTR couldn't fulfill my order, but I didn't need to wear this ultimately. The armholes are huge, a normal bra would be very obvious. The collar and the tie at the neck are cute and the lining is comfortable. Doesn't have much swing to it, the fabric is a little stiff.

Perfect Easter Parade dress
This dress is SO soft and flattering. Not at all see through, made of a good heavier quality of fabric. Plus it has long sleeves, so this was ideal for NYC in April. The cut is so nice and all the fabric at the skirt gives it such a gorgeous effect in motion. I was a size 12 here and the medium fit perfectly. Crazy. One that I wish I owned.

I love this dress. So pretty and flattering on me, I was a size 10 here and the size L fit perfectly. Fabric flutters nicely when the wind blows. Needed a safety pin in the front.

I normally wear a 10 or 12 and always need the larger size with J. Crew. I wore the 12 for this rental as well. The dress looks more expensive in real life than t does online. Kind of heavy, the lining helped smooth my figure out a little. Felt a little snug on the bottom, be aware if you are very pear shaped like me.

Worth renting!
I worried it would be too fantasy/fairycore for a wedding but I got a lot of compliments! Slightly see-through, (see photos) requires nude undergarments. The fit: I am 5'6", length was full. Pear shaped, B-cup meant I had to safety pin the straps. The straps have three length options, that was still too big for me. I wear size 12 dresses normally, ordered a 42 & 44, I wore the size 42. The bottom half didn't feel tight, overall very comfortable dress!

Has Heft to It, Flows Nicely!
I loved this dress so much I'm trying to find it online to buy it now. It's heavier than you'd expect and really flattering even on someone as pear shaped as me. I wore it to a Broadway show one night and felt good in it. You might not want to wear this if you live alone, I would have never gotten out of it without help! The whole back is a line of buttons. I was a size 10 here but I wore this dress in a size 12.
