Absolutely gorgeous--definitely a standout piece.
I would without a doubt recommend these earrings. They stand out beautifully against darker hair and make a statement. However, they are a bit heavy- especially if you have thinner earlobes- and I had to take them out after a few hours.

So many compliments on the bell sleeves!
The dress fit beautifully for a more casual holiday work party. Though it fit well in the bust, it was slightly large in the rest of the bodice. This was actually a positive as it made for a more conservative fit for the work function. Slight negative-- the fabric is a bit tight and restricts your arm mobility a bit.
