I wore this dress for my 23rd birthday in DC. It was the perfect party dress for the birthday girl!
Overall, I thought this dress was very comfortable and well made. I would say it fits true to size, but definitely tight about the thighs/hip area. I think it is the perfect dress for any sparkly occasion!
