Gorgeous, sexy, classy
Reviews are spot on. Expect to wear a size up. Probably could have worn the 8, but felt much more comfortable in the 10. I'm short so I "hemmed" the dress with fashion tape [not in this photo]. Got lots of complements. The dress was made well, but looked much fancier/more lustrous in the photo on the model.

Pretty dress, but didn't fit great.
This is now my second Milly dress. Women with hips: it's true, the material doesn't stretch and it runs fairly narrow below the waist. I ordered an 8, which didn't fit over my hips at all. The 10 probably would have fit well, but they didn't have one so I wore a 12. I'm shorter, so it was definitely too big and long through the top. Also, I'm not sure if it was because it was big or it's just the dress, but the skirt kept twisting around, and the side zipper kept coming towards my navel. My friends claimed you couldn't tell because of the ruching and the colors, but I felt like a little kid fidgeting trying to fix it. Three stars because I really liked the dress, but I don't think I was wearing the right size, and didn't like how it fit.

The reviews don't lie...this dress has no stretch! Size up!
As the other reviews mentioned, the fabric doesn't give at all! I'm not actually sure it runs small measurement-wise, but definitely size up given the fabric and style. I ordered an 8 and a 10. The 10 zipped fine, but it pulled badly across the hips, causing the skirt to ride up. Also, if you're curvier, I would even go 2 sizes up...I felt pretty sausage-like in the bust, and apparently, "back fat" is a thing--had some spillover since the material was pressing into my skin. Not cute! That said, it's a really pretty dress that I'm bummed I couldn't wear!

Class, sexy dress!
This is a great dress! It's tight but the material is pretty structured--still flattering on curvier figures and I didn't need to wear a bra. The one negative was that the sheer back went too low for me to wear shapewear, which I generally consider a necessity for form-fitting styles. So I ended up feeling more comfortable in the bigger size, which was a bit long on me.
