This dress is a show-stopper, simple as that! It twirls, is a lovely weight, and has stunning details. As others have said, the zipper was a complete mess...it finally went past that darn waistband with pliers holding the zipper, a friend holding the sides together, and me doing a sort of rapid squat motion and was the most fantastic surprise of the whole night! But honestly, once you get it zipped, you will not want to take this beauty off, ever. I ended up not needing a bra and was totally comfortable dancing!

I rented this for a fancy cocktail gala for a work anniversary- it is a stunning dress! The sequins and the slit on the side are show-stopping details that everyone at the event loved. The room for the gala was a little warm, and the sequins do add some weight, so it ended up being a little hot in this dress. The mermaid-esque cut of the dress leaves a little tightness through the booty, so you might want to size up for this dress.

I love Lily Pulitzer and this dress did not disappoint! The 8 was a little big on me but was comfortable all night long without a bra. Great dress for dancing, the detail at the neckline adds to its ease since you don't really need jewelry! One note; if you have larger hips, this dress may make them look a little larger but it is SO flattering on the waist!

I am 5'2" and was a little nervous about the length being an issue. I am happy to have been wrong!! With high wedges, the dress fell just past my toes, almost brushing the floor- perfect for dancing, stairs, and walking with no tripping (myself or other people!). I didn't even need a bra with this beaut- another HUGE plus. Beautiful print, fabric, and style, I felt beautiful in this dress all night!

I ended up not wearing this dress, the shoulder straps were a bit wider than they appear in the image, making my athletic shoulders look frumpy. The tie was also not a very secure one, quite silky- which made the waist want to fit more like a shift dress. True color, which was beautiful! Just not the dress for me.

I am usually a 6 or 8, and wore a 4 in this dress. I still had a little room in the shoulders when I relaxed my shoulders, but otherwise this dress was PERFECT!! I didn't even have to wear a bra (I'm a 34B) with this one! Lilly Pulitzer is quickly becoming a go-to designer for me. The shoes are Steve Madden (all mine!) and set off the feminine style of the dress with a nice modern wedge.
