It does have a bit of sewn-shut-ness, but if it's windy the wrap skirt WILL get blown open a bit and you will be grabbing at it to stay in place. It's also fairly sheer, so make sure you have appropriate undergarments. The belt was a bit tricky because the bow had come loose on mine, so I think that was just a stitching problem that could be fixed pretty simply. It was cute, it looked good, but I don't think I'd rent it again.

It's elastic, which somehow I wasn't expecting (probably didn't read the description), but I seriously love it and I really wish I had just bought it instead of renting it. It is awesome.

My girlfriend loved it, because whenever I would need her to hold my bag for a second she could pretend it was a boat. I am totally not kidding. It is both cute and functional as a distraction for your date when necessary.
