So small and unflattering
Couldn't zip on my boobs and still tight on the tummy and hips. Ran very small. Obviously could not wear.

What happened?
I have this dress in this size from J. Crew in gray. But this color/fabric had an unflattering sheen. It for some reason was more fitted through the waist and hips so although it fit, I wouldn't wear it. I often find the sizing at J. Crew is unpredictable but a bit odd in the same dress. Disappointing. Returned without wearing.

I wish I had ordered a sizzle down like all the reviews suggest. It was really warm and I may have even bought it if I tried the right size. Cute for casual wear. Everything else I bought this winter wasn't warm enough. This kept me warm but I was never overheated. Great quality.

Disappointing
I've coveted this dress for years and actually tried to look to buy it for occasions. Now that I joined Unlimited, I could finally try it! What a disappointment. In the photos it looks leather or pleather. It isn't like that in person. The underneath lining is too shiny. I have a high waist but this was too high for me. While the dress was loose in the chest and waist, it was tight in shoulders and sleeves. It just didn't work for me. Oh well. At least I didn't pay for it!

Better in concept?
I wore it once. I like the style but it is hard to wear. It is unflattering in the hips so I had to find a longer top. Lots of skirts can show tummy but this seemed to create a dip in my hips.

The photo looks like this will be an easy to wear, free flowing dress. However, it runs small. I wish I took a photo. Instead, it was so tight on my boobs, they were busting out! It looked like I was about to go to a club in Vegas. It was almost hot like that, but just not something I would wear.

More of a party dress?
The plaid makes me think work, but the fit makes me think party. But the fit is so good, you won't care. This designer's dresses are like modern miracles. No zippers to fight with yet the dress hugs, skims, and floats just where you need it. I want to try and keep every one.

Versatile
Loved the thick fabric and easy cut. A little short but easy to wear shape. I wore to work presentation and out to uber fancy birthday dinner with fun tights. Felt confident and professional at work and cute and fun for night out.

What an odd fit!
So this dress fit like a top tucked into a skirt. If I wanted that, I would get the benefit of putting the skirt where it fit on my waist. Instead, this sat too low for my high waist and was super awkward and too tight on my hips. Returned without wearing.

This has a nice drape to it and I thought I would wear it but I always feel a coil shoulder is cheesy. Couldn't get out of the house.

Easy to Wear
This is easy to wear. You can pull it down to accentuate the dolman sleeves, have the band at your hips, so it blouses, or tuck the band under to make it shorter and give it an even easier fit. The print is fun. Brighter than what I might buy and wear often but perfect for a luxury rental piece.

This runs small in the waist. I'm returning without wearing. I may try again in the next size in the hope the layers would be flatter and therefore more flattering. Being tight in the waist causes the top layer to poof and look more like a party outfit. A little silly.
