Perfect Dress for my Engagement Photos!
This was a lovely dress- the gold & pink were just gorgeous. I have a shorter frame, so I cinched the dress in with a belt to give me more of a shape. The dress was very comfortable despite the fact that it was a warm day, however I was surprised when the lining slipped up a bit and my skin came in contact with the outer layer of the dress as it was extremely scratchy. I'm looking forward to seeing the photos. Thank you Rent the Runway for another hit!

Lovely, but Better for Cool Weather
I rented this dress for my engagement photo shoot this past Saturday. While the dress is lovely with it's cream/gold colors & pockets (!), the chest was very tight for my rib cage. As a result, I ended up wearing the 8 instead of my usual 6. The material is also very thick and since it was sunny & warm, I opted to wear the other dress I rented instead of this one to avoid suffering & sweating in the heat. I'd love to wear it again maybe for a wedding shower or fall wedding.

Beautiful and Unique Piece, Just Not Recieved in Good Condition
This piece is lovely and unique with its blend of colors and metals. I'm not sure what happened, but the last person who wore it must have *poured* perfume on their neck because the piece came out reeking when I pulled it out of the bag. I am extremely sensitive to fragrances to the point of breaking out in hives when something that doesn't agree with me touches my skin. I was willing to push my boundaries a bit with this piece but not willing to break out in hives over it.

Arms were too small & fit was awkward
Sadly, this dress looks incredible on the model, but not so incredible on me. I work out & have muscle on my arms which became a bit of a problem when I put even the medium on. The arms were so constrictive that I was hugely uncomfortable. The fit was also very awkward as I am curvy and have a shorter torso so it looked very frumpy on the bottom while being overly-sexy (think JLo plunge dress) on the top. Very disappointing as I was hoping to wear this dress for my sister's birthday celebration in Vegas.

I got engaged in this dress! My fiance loved it!
Thank you Rent the Runway for being so incredible about this dress. The original dress that came had a tear in the lace fabric, but Rent the Runway sent me a replacement dress as soon as I informed them off the issue. My boyfriend thought I looked absolutely lovely. Little did I know that my 2-year-anniversary celebration (which I rented the dress for) also became my engagement! Thank you again for your excellent customer service and for letting me wear the dress my heart was set on for my special day!

Beautiful Dress, Just Not for Me
Gorgeous dress- stylish, elegant & sexy in a subtle way. Unfortunately, the dress was not cut for someone with my body shape- larger rib cage, hourglass figure, shorter torso & shorter neck. The strap hit my neck at an odd angle & then gaped open in the back. It was also a bit difficult to zip up & the waist line hit me at an odd place due to my larger rib cage & shorter torso. I wish it would have worked for me since it was so darling on the model, but it sadly wasn't meant to be.

LOVED the color, style & fit! So elegant, but sassy too.
I've lost weight recently so I was unsure of my size (which used to be a 6) & usually have to order a size up due to my ribcage. Thankfully the alternate size I ordered was a 4 & it fit perfectly! The dress was a great length for my 5'5" frame, fitting perfectly on the top thanks to hidden support straps inside- best invention ever!- so I wasn't pulling it up and fidgeting all evening. The dress also has a rubbery band along the top to help with slippage so there's double insurance for those of us who are a bit smaller on top. It emphasizes all of the right curves & hides any extras. Overall I was very satisfied & happy that I took a chance on Rent the Runway & this fabulous dress!
