I am tiny town, this I know, so I always have to check the reviews to see how a dress will fit someone of my frame. I got the 38 and despite it still looking amazing, I felt it was a bit looser than it should of been. However, I attribute that to the amount of wear this dress clearly had (see zipper photo of rubbed off paint).

At 5'2" and with 4.5" inch heels the 0R was just at the right height. It would of been nice to have this in a petite length so I could of worn a more comfortable heel, but despite the length, the dress fit like a glove. I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night. The sequins weren't scratchy at all, it hugged in all the right places, loved, loved the dress and my first RTR experience.
