Black carpet drop dead gorgeous dress. Probably too much for a work black-tie.
Dress fit beautifully , dramatic to say the least, double thick fabric, high slit up the front, very deep plunging neck line as you can see

Elegant and beautiful and the back was very dramatic, added a body chain for effect.
I had no trouble keeping the shoulders of the dress on without the weird backstrap, the backstrap ruins the dress in my opinion. There's enough shearing in the front and back to hide any little extra, high slit up the front -gorgeous.
