I was so excited to rent this dress and was devastated when I checked my shipping information to see that the original size I rented (S) was unavailable, and instead, I would be receiving my backup size (M) and another dress that looked similar (but was not at all what I wanted). Once the dress arrived, I realized my stress over the size was unfounded--the M fit perfectly! This kind of well-made dress looks good whether it is skin tight (which the S would have been) or more comfortably fitting, like the M. I felt great and comfortable and received tons of compliments. My event was all work associates, so I felt like I was classy, appropriately dressed, and yet stylish and fashionable. I already rented the same dress again in black for a different work function next month! Would definitely consider buying this one to keep as an easy go-to for every type of event!

I am 5'9 and was really worried about the length, but it was not an issue--I wore 4" (maybe higher) heels and the end of the dress just perfectly touched the ground (any more so and it actually would've been annoying). I was also worried that it would be too plain/simple/ boring for the black tie wedding, but it is so gorgeous and the skirt is so long and full that it flowed beautifully and I felt like I was the belle of the ball. The slit is high but subtle and shows at the right times (I've rented other dresses that were not this way and ended up giving a bit more of a show than I would have liked). The full skirt was super fun to dance in, but by the end of the night my arms were sore from holding up all those layers of fabric (good problem to have)! Overall, gorgeous dress, really comfortable and definitely recommend renting it ( I may even rent it again)!

Absolutely loved this dress! I felt totally comfortable but sexy (not too tight, but form fitting in all of the right places) all night and received a ton of compliments. I was worried about the length, but I'm 5'9" and wore a 3-4" heel and the dress hit the floor perfectly. One warning, the slit goes HIGH, which I loved, but if you are going to be very active at your event you may want to reconsider (lots of potential to accidentally show your goods) and if you don't like your legs they won't be hidden. Definitely not a vulgar/inappropriate slit when walking/dancing/etc., but when I was finishing up getting ready with it on, my friends got a little extra show before we left for the wedding--was lucky to figure that out before we got there :)

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding and was really worried about it not being fancy enough, but it really does shine in person. I wore the S, but was tempted to wear the XS--it definitely fit a little bit better (I have no boobs so the front of the S kept riding up out of place throughout the night, where as the XS had a better fit in the bust), but it was SO tight that I was a little uncomfortable with wearing it because I didn't think every person at this wedding needed to know every intimate curve of my body. Which they definitely did in the XS, and a little less in the S (which was still very tight).

Super cute, but runs a little short. And the sequins don't look quite as fancy in person as they do in the photo. I wore it to a black tie wedding, and while I definitely didn't feel under-dressed, I felt as though I could have been dressier.

I wore this to a graduate school event, which is always tricky because you want to be cute/sexy, but not inappropriate (especially when faculty and alumni are around). I'm usually a 0, 2, and rented the S, XS, and the S was nothing special when I tried it on, but the XS was gorgeous (i.e., fit is really important)! I got tons of compliments, both from students (my age) and faculty (but it wasn't creepy because the dress really is appropriate). I'm very tall and have long legs, which I think helped "up" the sex-appeal, but it's still a great fit and very flattering, very structured, and form-fitting in the right places. I'd definitely rent it again, and wish I owned it for all of those sort of in-the-middle events I have coming up!
