The dress was perfect for a summer Museum Lates art party. It fit true to size, and I felt comfortable and beautiful all night. I received many compliments, and was sad to have to send it back. Please note, that I was a true size 6 when I rented this - am a little bigger now, so disregard the measurements on the About You section.

I ordered this for a museum after-hours art party (they're a big thing in DC) and felt beautiful the whole night! This is an elegant, yet effortless dress that can be dressed down or up depending on the occasion. I found the fit to be more or less true to size, although if you're between sizes, I'd go a size down. The skirt is forgiving for wider hips. I'm 5'6" and wore low-heeled sandals with this dress and the length was perfect. Slightly higher heels would have been fine, too.

I wore this for a friend's wedding and got so many complements. I agree with the other reviews in that it's tighter in the hips than it appears in the photo. I normally wear a 4-6, and ended up wearing the equivalent of a 6 in this dress. It was a bit big on top, but it is supposed to be a bit loose and flowy. I love how this dress is so unassuming in the front, and then very dramatic in back.
