This dress is so beautiful in person. The fabric is a floaty, flowy, beautifully draped chiffon. The neckline is super low cut but it's easy to pin unnoticed because of the gathering in the fabric. The slit is super high and the underlay is a very short white skirt. I wore nude spanx for more coverage and a strapless bra. You could wear a regular bra since the straps have bra clips but one of them on the dress I had was broken. Not a big deal. The dress is very long. I'm 5'7" and wore 4 inch heels with the regular length and the hem just touched the floor.

I rented this as part of unlimited and planned to wear on a date night with my fiance. The weather turned out to be one of the coldest days of the year, so I wound up layering a slim fitting black turtleneck underneath the dress to make it bearable (and also wore two pairs of black opaque tights, with suede booties). I ordered the 46 (8) because I feel like usually Italian designers run small for me, but this dress was still on the large side, I could have definitely worn the 44 (6). I'm likely to try to this dress again in a smaller size when the weather gets warmers and wear it with nude sandals. The material is very sheer though so if not wearing tights, will need a slip.

The skirt is very full but doesn't feel overwhelming. Its a good balance to a very fitted top of the dress. For me, the waist hit in the perfect spot. It was a very fun dress to wear and the pattern is more beautiful in person. I wanted to keep the dress! I actually looked online if it was still available to buy, I loved it that much.

This was my backup dress for a wedding. My first choice wound up working out and i though that this was too casual for a wedding. So i wore it on a double date with my boyfriend the night before and it was a great dress. it came brand new with tags on it! the material is comfortable and good quality. i wore flat gold sandals with it and they matched the pattern on the dress perfectly. would definitely recommend for a party or special date night!

i ordered the 40R (8) because the 38 (6) wasn't available. I usually wear a 6 and definitely could have used that size in this dress, as the bust was a little too big. I wore a very padded bra and safety pinned a bit so it was OK. The regular length was not long enough to touch ground with me wearing heels, although most regular length dresses are. I did love the cut and color of this dress and was perfect for dancing drinking and eating at my friends' wedding!

I rented this for a wedding in Carmel, CA and it was the perfect mix of casual and elegant for the outdoor farm affair. I had a super Saturday of events back to back so I rented this dress last minute and could not have been more pleased. I wore this to my friend's bridal shower luncheon and then to my boyfriend's boss' 40th birthday party later that night and I can not tell you how many people complimented me on this dress. You can tell it is incredibly well made. I ordered the 42 and 44 and I wore the 42, it fit great, with room in the middle so you didnt feel that it was so tight. I am tall and the dress hit on my knee cap, so if you are looking for above the knee, it probably wont hit there unless you are very tall or have insane long thighs.

This was my back up dress option and thank goodness for it since my first option arrived damaged and unwearable and i was at a destination wedding! This was an extremely comfortable and an amazingly beautiful dress. The zipper was a bit sticky and hard to get up but if you have someone to help you its OK. The top stays up thanks to the boning, i was not pulling it up all night at all, unlike other strapless dresses. I received a ton of compliments. if this dress came in other colors, i would totally rent them too! I don't agree with the length sizing thought, because I am 5'7" and wore 3 in heels with this dress and it just hit the floor.

after reading the reviews, I ordered a size smaller than I normally would and it fit perfectly. I got complements from strangers on this dress, I wore it on a date and it definitely accentuated my hourglass figure.
