I ordered my typical size like RTR tells you to for maternity clothes l, but this brand does not take into account how much your breasts grow during pregnancy. I have gone up 2 cup sizes and this did dress would not zip over my chest. Would maybe try again in a larger size, but probably won't. It also doesn't have any lining so I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to wear all day.
