waist has a tiny bit of give, sequins were a beautiful color and perfect for the wedding I attended. low cut in the front but I used b**b tape and fabric tape and it worked perfectly! I'm 5'2' and needed 3.5 inch heels to keep the R length off the ground, and when i switched to sandals i had to hold the dress up when i walked, so taller people may want the longer option.
