Nice work dress, not a very breathable fabric
This was a cute dress and a nice way to spice up a work day a bit, but the fabric is a slick material so it's not very breathable. It was pretty hot during a day in the 80*'s in Florida. It was also a bit loose in some areas, but that could be because I'm not very curvy!

Classy but fun bc of the back cut-out's!
I wore this for a gala for a children's charity so this was perfect because it wasn't too revealing but still had lots of character with the back cut-out's! It also has a spanx-like fit so it was very flattering! I was able to do plenty of dancing in it!! Loved it.

Can't move in it!!!!
The dress is a gorgeous color but you can't move, walk or likely sit in it! The mermaid portion around your legs and the arm bands are SO TIGHT that I didn't think I'd be able to sit, walk or especially dance. Those are my skinny body parts too and i literally never have a problem with those areas on clothes, only my stomach, so I could tell this was unusually small.

The sweater is cute but the cut makes it look so boxy and doesn't help my already-boxy torso. Just made me look huge and wide in photos, so I didn't love that part. I would say this is more casual than dressy also.

This dress was so beautiful and unique! I wore it to a nice dinner date in Palm Beach and lots of women complimented me and asked who the designer was. The material is pretty thick and heavier than expected, but nothing that bothered me in May in Florida. Loved it!! I wore an 8 bc 6 wasn't available, but it worked fine!

I absolutely loved this dress! We went to the Gold Star Gala and I felt so beautiful in blue when everyone else was a sea of black dresses. The lady checking people in complimented me, then the man at security complimented me, then the next woman at checkin, then a woman at the bar... and so on, all night! The ruffles on the dress and longer train make it flow beautifully as you walk and the whole room watches! It fit well, was comfortable, and was just beautiful! I LOVED it! I wore a strapless bra and spandex tube top/slip and it was fine. I also wore 4" heels fine.

Maybe it is because of my extra holiday pounds or my straight body, but this dress made me look like a linebacker! It would look way better on someone with lots of curves. I normally look better in V-necks than high necks anyways, so maybe it's just me. Would have been a pretty dress though.

I wore this to a formal event when I wasn't sure if I should wear a long or short dress. This ended up being a perfect compromise! I fit into the medium, but chose the large for extra comfort. These dresses are so stretchy, that it doesn't matter much anyways. Worked great with a regular bra and spanx underneath. Loved it!

Backup dress, didn't care for it.
I rented this as a backup dress because it was only available in one size. I'm glad it was a backup. When I tried it on for my husband he gave it a "mehh," with no excitement. The 8R fit true to size though. The material hung in a U shape over my stomach, which was not flattering. I also saw another reviewer wear it one-shouldered, but I didn't try that. The dress seemed like good quality though and would hopefully look great on someone else!

Another amazing Nicole Miller dress! True to form, this one was also gorgeous, comfy and flattering! It has the nude layer underneath the lace top and a zipper up the back. It could have been worn with a strapless bra, but I just used bra insert cups instead. My boobs are large C's/small D's, so I had to keep hiking the top up because I felt like my boobs were hanging out. (My husband didn't mind though!) Otherwise, it fit great and was very comfy. Never had a problem with the sleeves falling either. The length was great with an 8R. I am 5'6/5'7-ish and it was perfect with 5" Louboutin heels. I received compliments from strangers ALL NIGHT. It was perfect for a black tie New Years Eve party. Would highly recommend it to others!!

Gorgeous dress! -Don't get the LONG option!
I wore this dress to the CMA Awards and got SO MANY compliments all night long! In a sea of black dresses this dress was so fun and really stood out! I would have worn the 6 but the LONG option was WAYYYYY too long. I am right at 5'7" and had 5" platform Louboutins on and the dress dragged behind me like a wedding dress train! So I wore the 8R even though it was a bit roomy. The dress has some corset-boning in it so it stayed up just fine though. Overall it was very comfortable and I loved it! Would definitely recommend it! I rented my jewelry also- The Ciner Antique Cascading Crystal Necklace and Earrings. Loved all of it!

Fun dress! (just not the best material)
Very nice dress but the material wasn't the best. It seems like it was worn out and faded a bit on both sizes I received. It wasn't obvious unless you were up close though. It was cute and comfortable and a fun dress to try out without dishing out the money on a full priced one. The cut out on the back was very cool too. I wore it to a purple-themed charity event and it was perfect.

The dress was great for a summer wedding. The backless element was great in the earlier heat and I liked that the shine was part of the fabric -and not heavy sequins like I expected. The seam line across the front wasn't the most flattering on me but the short hem line is flattering on nice legs. It was about the same length as my Spanx though! Overall it was a great dress and I would definitely recommend it. Also, it was perfect with the bangles I rented too.

I probably should have worn the Lg but I ordered the Sm and Med because the notes said to order a size smaller. I couldn't even get the small over my head! Let's just say I felt like a stuffed sausage in the M and I could barely get it over my Spanx, but it worked out great! My husband LOVED it and I had women stopping me ALL night to tell me they loved it! I wore it on my birthday to a fancy dinner and a Josh Groban concert and it was perfect. It's hard to tell but the dress has a solid liner under the lacy part. The zipper is on the side of the liner so it's actually between the two layers- which is kinda weird. Great to dress up or down if needed! I had a wonderful experience and will 100% rent from RTR again!
